If the Customer for any reason is not pleased with his/her purchase, unworn items may be returned for reimbursement purposes within 14 days from the shipping date.
Instructions for returning products
The procedure is streamlined and fast.
A returned item may only be shipped from the country in which you have received the order; if it is shipped from a different country it will not be customs cleared.
If you have made your purchase as guest or if you have not logged in your account, within 14 days from receiving the order you should access the replacement and returns section:
1) complete the form with the requested data contained in the order confirmation email;
2) make sure that the order data is correct and click on the right top corner on "Ask for a return"
3) complete the form indicating for which items of that order you intend to ask for a return.
As an alternative, if you are a registered user, you may send us your request straight from your personal area, by selecting the order and then the item to be returned. After receiving your request for return, Seventy.it will send you a written confirmation, containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) and the instructions to ship your return for free with our courier.
Return shipping is free.
Reimbursements will be processed as soon as receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item are completed.
For orders paid by credit card the reimbursed amount will be available to customers within approximately 10 days, and it will still be visible on the next statement of the credit card.
The timing may slightly change based on the banking circuit of the credit card used.
For orders paid by Paypal or bank transfer the amount will be returned to the original account.
The return of garments shall be made to Seventy's e-commerce office: Ca’ Da Mosto Spa Via Venezia, 146 30037 Scorzè, within 14 days from the Returns department’s written authorization to Customer.
Reimbursement shall be considered net of costs of shipping which will be charged to the customer.
Terms and Conditions
The garments should not have been worn, washed or altered and should not bear any sign of being used. The outsoles of footwear should be in perfect conditions and should not show any sign of wear.
Each garment shall be returned with all the original labels, packaging and accessories received together with the order.
All the shoes and accessories shall be returned together with their original box, that is considered for all purposes as an integral part of the product and that shall not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as packaging.
If the Customer receives faulty goods or shipping errors are made by Seventy.it, please follow the above instructions.
Seventy.it reserves the right to ask for photographic evidence before authorizing returns of faulty goods and to bear the costs for shipping for returning goods to its premises.
Seventy.it reserves the right to reject non-authorized returns or returns shipped by different couriers than the one indicated on the email containing return instructions. Acceptance of said returns will still imply a charge of 10% of the value of the returned goods.
Seventy.it will not accept returned goods if they are not compliant with all the terms and conditions established by the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
