Terms of delivery

Orders are shipped by Seventy.it from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning, by couriers UPS E BRT.

Seventy.it is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or force majeure events beyond the control of Seventy.it.

We wish to remind our new customers that www.seventy.it will ask PayPal to contact the ‘s banking institute customer to receive payment approval so that it may proceed to shipping. Such a verification may cause some delay in the shipping of your first order.

Orders of items that are already available are shipped on the first workday following the day of order placement, subject to prior confirmation of goods availability and banking verification of new customers.

The credit card will be charged on the shipping day.

During sales or promotions periods shipments may require longer.

In all cases Seventy.it reserves the right to postpone shipping in case of force majeure events.


Shipping traceability

When an order is shipped, customers receive an email with tracking number and a link to monitor the shipping route.

In case of delays due to the customs offices, the customers will be directly contacted by the courier or by customercare@Seventy.it


Order delivery

At the time of goods receipt, Customers are kindly asked to carefully inspect the box before they append their signature to confirm delivery. Seventy.it boxes are accurately packaged.

If for any reason the box looks like it has been tampered with, Customers are kindly asked to sign receipt with reservation or to reject delivery. If delivery has been accepted with a non-authorized signature or if there is evidence of the box having been tampered with, Customers are kindly asked to immediately report the event to the courier and to contact Seventy.it at the following address customercare@Seventy.it.

All the Customers who place an order create a trade relationship with Seventy.it and undertake to accept delivery of their parcel. If the parcel is not delivered for causes the customer is responsible for (wrong address, repeatedly missing receiver, wrong phone number etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the costs for shipping or any customs duties will be detracted from the reimbursement due to the customer.
