Buying is very simple: just browse our Seventy catalogue by collection, by category or by look. Before adding a product to the Cart, select size and colour from the product datasheet. You may see and change the content of your Cart at any time before making your purchase. To complete the order you just have to follow two simple steps: give the address for delivery and enter payment information.
You do not need to be registered to purchase on seventy.it. However registration is fast and allows you to take advantage of many benefits:

If you would like to ask for a change of your order contact the Customer Service as soon as possible: after the order has been shipped to our warehouse it will no longer be possible to change it. Remember that you may also return one or more items once you have received your order, if for any reason you prefer not to keep them.
It is not possible to add or change orders that have already been processed.
No, currently it is not possible to make telephone orders; however if you send an e-mail to our customer service customercare@seventy.it, you may receive support if you have any problems purchasing online. Write your problem in the message and we will answer as soon as possible giving you all the necessary indications to correctly complete your purchase.
It is possible to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal Card, Discover, PostePay, American Express and Carta Aura), direct debit SEPA and PayPal.

If by mistake you receive an item you did not order, please send an e-mail to customercare@seventy.it specifying the order number and the code of the item you have received. They will answer as soon as possible giving you all the necessary indications to solve the problem.
